This event is independent of USA Wrestling or Public Schools, and therefore would commence according to Maryland State guidelines regarding COVID-19.
Convention Center Parking is Free in the open lot (there is no garage).
Competition dates: Saturday and Sunday, November 7-8, 2020
Number of meets: 6 dual meets for all HS teams across two days.
Competition times for all HS teams:
Time slots for teams typically vary and can be morning or afternoon on either day.
Weighin Options:
November 6th, Friday night, 5pm (if you miss it then it is 7:00 PM) let us know otherwise.
Be there at 4:15 PM.
Weighins at the Convention Center.
In order to limit crowding both inside and outside the Convention Center, teams will receive a scheduled time of 5pm, 6pm, or 7pm on Friday, Nov. 6, 2020. Teams will be required to weigh-in together (full team). Your specific time and scale number will be sent to the team organizer. The time your team is scheduled to weigh-in will not be changed.
Early weigh-in times (in accordance with your head coach if available).
Hair and Head Gear:
Normal hair grooming is required.
Headgear is an option unless you need it for your hair.
Medical Form for Weighins:
Get a doctor to review fillout the form for any pimples or strange body marks Seven (7) days prior.
Teams for this event are being coached by Tyler Atwell.

Refund Policy:
Refunds are provided in full if tournament is cancelled for COVID.
No refunds are provided after October 1st.
Wrestling Cards are not required from USA Wrestling, AAU, or Nuway for this event.
Waivers & Liabilities:
Upon the act of providing payment, means parents/guardians of wrestlers acknowledge risks associated with wrestling and will not hold Bill Marck, Tyler Atwell, NHSCA Organizers, Coaches, or Referees responsible for injuries, illness, or problems encountered prior to, during, or after this tournament.
Parents acknowledge they will use their own insurance for deductables, doctors visits, and/or any related illnesses presumed to be associated with this event.
Singlet Requirements:
Singlets are mandatory for competition.
Wrestlers may wear their own singlets.
Wrestlers may purchase singlets from the team store (optional).
T-Shirts and Apparel:
Wrestlers may wear their own gear but it must be respectful.
Wrestlers may purchase gear from the team store (optional-TBD).
Hotels:
As of the above date, everyone is generally on their own to find a hotel.

Exceptions to using the tournament hotels, are when parents and wrestlers get their own hotel or accommodations when staying with family, friends, B&B, or their own special arrangements.

COVID POLICY:
This event will follow strict COVID-19 health and safety protocols in adherence with local & state department health guidelines. The safety of our attendees remains our top priority. A detailed report of protocols will be sent to coaches and team organizers multiple times before the event and will be posted here shortly.
Mandatory Mask Policy
Everyone in attendance is required to wear an approved mask prior to entering and while on Convention Center property. If you are unwilling to wear a mask at all times, please do not attend the event. Wrestlers who are actively competing will be permitted to remove their mask.
Temperature Screenings
Everyone who attends the Fall National Duals will be required to undergo temperature a screening prior to entering the Convention Center. If your temperature is 100.4 or higher you will not be permitted to enter the facility, no exceptions. Your temperature will be checked every time you attempt to enter the facility.
Health Screenings
Everyone who attends the Fall National Dyals will be required to fill out and pass CDC approved health screening paperwork before entering the Convention Center. Screenings will be emailed to coaches (for coaches & athletes) prior to the event and will be onsite for spectators prior to purchasing tickets.
Spectator Policy
Spectators at the Fall National Duals must be family members of an athlete or coach. All ticketed attendees will be required to undergo temperature and daily health screenings prior to entering the Convention Center.
Who Should Not Attend
Those who are at high risk for severe infection should not attend the event. All matches will be streamed live on FloWrestling.
Risk Factors Include:
65 Years Old, Moderate to Severe Asthma, Chronic Lung Disease, Serious Heart Conditions, Immunocompromised, Severe Obesity, Diabetes, Liver Disease, Living In a Nursing Home or Long Term Care Facility
